Frequently asked questions
Do I need to connect my bank?
No. You can enter and manage your financial information manually. Optional Bank Sync availability depends on your app version and plan. If offered, you choose whether to connect through Plaid.
What are Rise Points?
Rise Points recognize eligible, verified progress in the app and contribute to your Rise level. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, and are not a credit score or a guarantee of financial results.
Can other users see my finances?
The leaderboard does not display your income, spending, savings balances, or debt amounts. If you opt in, it can show your display name and Rise progress. Community messages are visible to other participants, so keep personal and financial details out of your posts.
Some information is processed in the cloud for features such as verified Month Close and optional Bank Sync. Read the Privacy Policy for details.
How much will AUROVEXIS cost?
Plan details and pricing will be available when the app launches. Any subscription price, billing period, and renewal terms will be shown before purchase.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete account and follow the confirmation steps. You can also request deletion by email without reinstalling the app.
Local financial records and exported copies need separate cleanup. Account deletion does not automatically cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Visit Account & Data Deletion for the full instructions.
